Katelyn Drosnock

Professional Responsibilities

As Dietrick Group’s youngest member of the Appraisal Department, Ms. Drosnock is a junior analyst that performs all types of valuation services including providing consultation services, and composing full appraisal reports, with a focus on income-producing and special purpose properties.

Education & Experience

Ms. Drosnock attended the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina as an English major, and is currently pursuing a degree in finance.  Prior to her current position, Katelyn was Dietrick Group’s Administrative Assistant from 2008 to 2009. She began her real estate career as a Salesperson for Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. and was also an Administrative Assistant for RonDel Development Company.

Achievements & Associations

Ms. Drosnock obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2005 and became a Pennsylvania Licensed Appraiser Trainee in 2010; she also a Practicing Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, Illinois.  Katelyn has several years of experience in the Real Estate industry and with her qualifying education complete, she plans on sitting for her General Appraiser Certification in spring 2013.

Interests & Hobbies

Katelyn is an avid long-distance runner, yogi, and restaurant snob.
