Professional Responsibilities
As Dietrick Group’s newest addition to the Appraisal Department, Ms. Drosnock assists the senior appraisers in forming opinions of value, providing consultation services and composing reports for various projects.
Education & Experience
Ms. Drosnock graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to her current position, Katelyn was Dietrick Group’s Administrative Assistant from 2008 to 2009. She began her real estate career as a Salesperson for Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. and was also Administrative Assistant for RonDel Development Company.
Achievements & Associations
Ms. Drosnock obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2005 and has several years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Interests & Hobbies
Katelyn is an avid runner and a total restaurant snob.
