Kent P. Brustlin

Professional Responsibilities

Mr. Brustlin performs complex valuation services with a special emphasis on income‐producing and investment‐grade properties. He also assists in the daily operations of the Dietrick Group’s Appraisal Division.

Education & Experience

A 1994 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Muhlenburg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Mr. Brustlin received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and was the recipient of the Russell Fulford Award and Dr. Henry Richards Prize for excellence in economics.  Prior to his start with Dietrick Group, LLC in 2006, Mr. Brustlin was a Senior Analyst with Imperial Realty Appraisal.  He received his Pennsylvania Realtor license in 1993 and his Pennsylvania Certified General Real Estate Appraiser’s license in 1998.

Achievements & Associations

In his college career, Mr. Brustlin was the recipient of the Russell Fulford Award and Dr. Henry Richards Prize for excellence in economics. He is also a general Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute in Chicago, Illinois.

Interests & Hobbies

Kent is a realty television advocate and enthusiast. He enjoys walking, hiking and believes himself to be an overall “foodie.”
