Professional Responsibilities
Ms. Lennon brings her extensive working knowledge and love of Bethlehem to Dietrick Group’s Brokerage Division. Lucy specializes in both residential and commercial transactions and represents both owners/landlords and buyers/tenants. Ms. Lennon has previously worked for the Bethlehem Parking Authority which lends itself well when bringing new businesses to the City or helping businesses relocate to the City.
Education & Experience
Ms. Lennon has been a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson since 2009. Before Lucy began her career in real estate she owned and operated The Dancing Fish, a sushi restaurant on Bethlehem’s Southside.
Achievements & Associations
Ms. Lennon is past President of the Downtown Bethlehem Association and has received the Governor’s Award from the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Other past achievements include receing the M.S. Corporate Achiever Award, Creator/Design Production Coordinator of the Bethlehem Sirens Calendar and the weekly radio talk show host of “Keep it in Bethlehem”.
Interests & Hobbies
Passionate about Bethlehem, Ms. Lennon enjoys collecting art and various other items from independently owned and operated businesses Downtown as well as organizing and participating in numerous events and fundraisers for the city and its merchants. Last, but certainly not least, Lucy loves spending time with her five children and grandson.
