Dietrick Groups' Advisory Board consists of senior leaders in various disciplines critical to the real estate development business. The members of the board use their resources and expertise individually and collectively on behalf of the company to facilitate creation of value in properties, enhance revenues and advise on critical issues on various projects.

Ryan C. Dietrick
Partner/Director of Sales & Marketing

Ryan C. Dietrick is a partner in the Dietrick Group LLC and heads its burgeoning Sales and Marketing Departments. After attending Monmouth University, New Jersey, Mr. Dietrick began his professional career in advertising, sales, and marketing before transitioning into real estate and this latest entrepreneurial, corporate venture.

At the Dietrick Group, Mr. Dietrick is responsible for both residential and commercial sales and outside marketing efforts for all development projects. He further maintains existing, and cultivates new, client relationships, as well as sources and negotiates acquisitions and land development opportunities for clients and the company's own portfolio.

Kelly Berfield, Esq.
Partner/Broker of Record

Kelly Berfield, Esq. is a partner and the broker of record at the Dietrick Group LLC. In addition, Ms. Berfield is of counsel to Nicosia and Cirigliano in New Jersey where she concentrates her legal practice in residential and commercial real estate. Her areas of specialty include contract negotiations, closings, mortgage financing, residential and commercial refinancing, landlord-tenant, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, 1031 like-kind exchanges and environmental law.

Currently, Ms. Berfield is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Monmouth University, NJ, and her Juris Doctor (JD) from Vermont Law School. She also earned a Master of Studies in Environmental Law (MSEL) from Vermont Law School. Ms. Berfield has additionally been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania since 1997, where she has worked as a leasing consultant and an assistant to a developer.

Ms. Berfield's strong foundation of professional experience and academic preparation provides her with an exceptional expertise in dealing with a wide range of real estate matters.

Kent P. Brustlin
Senior Analyst/Associate Director of Appraisal Division

Kent P. Brustlin comes to the Dietrick Group LLC as a PA Certified General Appraiser with over thirteen years of appraisal experience.

Mr. Brustlin is a 1992 magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA, where he earned his BA in economics and received the coveted Dr. Henry Richards Prize and Russell Fulford Award for excellence in economic theory and analysis. He subsequently earned his Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license in 1993 and his general appraisal certification in 1998.

Today, Mr. Brustlin is a senior analyst and the Associate Director of the Appraisal Division for the Dietrick Group LLC. Also, as an associate member and advanced MAI candidate of the Appraisal Institute, he is currently in the midst of finalizing his general demonstration appraisal report and soon anticipates receipt of this prestigious designation. In his tenure, Mr. Brustlin has performed a wide variety of valuation and consulting assignments on nearly all forms of commercial realty with special emphases on income-producing and investment-grade properties. He has additionally provided expert testimony and litigation support in front of several Zoning Hearing Boards, Boards of View, Board of Assessment Appeals and Courts of Common Pleas with desired outcomes achieved over ninety percent of the time.

Brenda Aubert
Research Associate

Brenda Aubert heads the Research Department at the Dietrick Group LLC. Involved in real estate since 1988, Ms. Aubert began her professional endeavors as the Secretary and Treasurer of Bright Star Developers, a local family-owned land development company. There she developed her familiarity and expertise with commercial realty, while simultaneously managing numerous aspects of a small business operation.

Now at the Dietrick Group, Ms. Aubert excels in tracking each sector of the Lehigh Valley's commercial real estate market and provides critical support for the company's appraisal and brokerage divisions. She also serves as a notary for the Dietrick Group and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson.

Ms. Aubert attended Rider College and holds a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in business administration. In her free time, she is an active member of the Minsi Trails Council of the Boy Scouts, where she is Finance Chair for the Trexler District and Chairperson for the Trexler District Friends of Scouting.

Brooke S. Dietrick
Sales Associate

Brooke S. Malkovsky is the newest member of the Dietrick Group LLC team as a PA Certified Salesperson, specializing in residential and commercial sales.

Ms. Malkovsky is a 2000 graduate of Ohio University, where she earned her B.S. in Family Studies. She would later continue her education earning her a Master's Degree in Secondary School Counseling Education. The skills Ms. Malkovsky has gained working in the Lehigh Valley's school systems will lend themselves extremely well in her ventures as a real estate agent. She is a personable, motivated and driven individual who welcomes the opportunity to work with the Dietrick Group's existing/expanding client base.

Erin M. Schneider
Marketing Coordinator

Erin M. Schneider comes to the Dietrick Group LLC in November 2007 as Marketing Coordinator. In her new position, Ms. Schneider will act as an integral liaison between agents and clients while managing all company-wide marketing initiatives.

Ms. Schneider is a 2007 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resource Management. In 2006, she interned with the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation at the direction of the VP of Marketing and Public Relations.

Ms. Schneider is an upbeat individual who is eager to grow her marketing and real estate skills with Dietrick Group LLC. Ms. Schneider's educational and acquired business skills, along with her creativity and continued desire for excellence, make her an asset to the organization.

Katelyn Drosnock
Administrative Assistant

Katelyn Drosnock is Dietrick Group's Administrative Assistant.  A native of Nazareth, PA, Katelyn returned to the Lehigh Valley after attending the College of Charleston, SC, to pursue a career in real estate.  Ms. Drosnock comes to the Dietrick Group having over three years of experience as an assistant in a busy residential realty office that handled development for some of the region’s largest builders.  In 2005, she earned her PA salespersons license and continues her professional education having taken classes in architecture and computer-aided design.  Now here, Katelyn will be responsible for a variety of clerical and support services, including the fostering of client relations and the streamlining of office efficiencies.  Ms. Drosnock brings considerable experience, energy and a penchant for detail to her new position as an integral asset to the Dietrick team.

Blair E. Bates
Senior Appraiser and Associate Broker

Dietrick Group LLC, Allentown, is pleased to announce that Blair E. Bates has joined the organization as senior appraiser and associate broker. Formerly with Patt White Whitney, Inc., Bates brings 26 years of appraisal and consulting experience to Dietrick Group focusing on commercial, industrial and special purpose real estate throughout Pennsylvania. Bates holds both B.S. and MBA degrees from Penn State University and has taught valuation seminars for the Assessors Association of Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar Association. He has completed all courses and examinations prerequisite to the MAI designation.


Alfred G. Vasta
Sales Associate


Alfred G. Vasta Jr. joins the Dietrick Group LLC with several years of commercial and residential real estate experience. He possesses a vast knowledge of title insurance and the 1031 exchange process, which he gained from his tenure at a local title insurance company where he began his career. He is also well versed in settlement procedures. At the Dietrick Group, he will use his skills as a valued member of the sales team.
